Decent value hotel, fairly clean, with ideal location near the Union station, other venues and the airport. Attractive king room was cozy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable for those with back pain. Excellent service throughout stay.

Best possible location, light rooms, fairly clean inside and out. Excellent view of city. Skilful staff, smiling all time. Location close to bars and restaurants. Also, a skateboard park was about 15 minutes walk.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Chicago. Hotel was newly remodelled and I loved the food there, it was excellent. Comfortable stay in nice area. Bright, exquisite room and accommodating staff. Efficient check-in was a bonus.

Appealing place to stay while in Chicago. I liked the English breakfast with meats, bread, fresh fruit, eggs and cookies. Booked impeccable and immaculate room, great value for money. Location was strategic for exploring this charming area.

We loved the TRULY AMAZING location, and the so helpful staff. Even though you guys made our stay real good, beds were too soft. Breakfast offered a good choice of reasonably priced meals.
Communication was challenging, wifi was very poor.

All in all a beautiful historical hotel and incredible stay. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of meals. All in all everything was nice, but we had cramped bathroom. Within a walking distance of the good beach. The airport was 12 miles away.
Views were nothing special.

What a deluxe hotel! Our accommodation was set in a very central location. Apart from that, grant park was 10 minutes away by driving. The room included a comfortable bed, a heating system, a coffeemaker and ironing facilities. The quality, great value for money.
